Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Northbay Wellness Clinic, your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: You will lead engaging group therapy sessions where young adults can share stories, develop connections, and learn coping strategies together. Each session will aim to cultivate a sense of belonging and support.

• Providing Individual Therapy: You will conduct personalized sessions tailored to each client's unique needs, focusing on exploring emotional challenges, behavioral patterns, and developing actionable plans for change.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaboratively, you will work with clients to develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their aspirations and areas of concern.

• Monitoring Progress: You'll employ various assessment tools to track each client's journey, evaluate progress, and adjust treatment approaches accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborating with Multidisciplinary Teams: Regularly communicate and coordinate with our diverse team of healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to client care, ensuring that each individual receives comprehensive support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, who may be grappling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Your role will be crucial in helping them navigate these complexities and empower them towards meaningful recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

To successfully fill this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field; a Master's Degree is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for working with young adults.

• Ability to implement therapeutic techniques based on evidence-based practices.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in the following areas will be especially suited for this role:

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging between USD 85,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide:
