Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy in individual and group settings.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population primarily consists of individuals and families who often have limited access to mental health care. You will encounter a diverse range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship challenges. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients navigate their circumstances to achieve emotional and psychological well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• At least two years of clinical counseling experience, ideally within a community health setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n
