Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders, identifying underlying issues affecting client well-being.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on client needs, setting achievable goals to guide the counseling process effectively.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques to enhance client engagement and understanding.

• Teach clients essential coping mechanisms and self-care techniques to promote resilience and emotional regulation.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to align with evolving needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in counseling or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth practices and familiarity with digital counseling tools.

• Specialization in particular therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
