Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health concerns through teletherapy and virtual consultations.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' specific goals and needs.

• Provide numerous counseling modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions, both in individual and group settings.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records and progress notes in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Engage in regular case consultations with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and share insights for holistic treatment strategies.

• Continuously update your practice on best clinical practices through ongoing education, professional seminars, and specialized training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass working with a diverse range of populations, including individuals, couples, children, and families. You will also have the opportunity to work with clients facing special challenges, such as trauma survivors, those struggling with substance use disorders, and individuals navigating life transitions. Client referrals from community health initiatives will allow you to make a significant impact in the lives of those who may otherwise lack access to mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Valid Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is essential.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the mental health counseling field, demonstrating a solid grasp of therapeutic techniques and client engagement.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with clients from varied backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 95,000 per year, accompanied by a competitive sign-on bonus.
