You will work from the comfort of your chosen environment from Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an active caseload of clients, forming trusting relationships and providing empathetic care while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, discuss challenges, and plan discharge when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring collaboration and feedback.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• An unrestricted, independent, current, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation.

• Proficiency in using technology and computer systems, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, effectively utilizing various therapeutic techniques.

• Comfortable conducting intake assessments to gather client information and tailor treatment accordingly.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000, reflecting your experience and contributions to the team.
