Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions that empower clients to share their experiences, build connections, and foster a sense of community.

• Provide Individual Therapy: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions focusing on personalized care, using evidence-based techniques to help clients explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with each client to create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and aspirations.

• Monitor Progress: Regularly assess clients' progress using various evaluation tools and feedback methods, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on helping young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Must possess a current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and continuing education opportunities.
