Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, ensuring the establishment of rapport and positive working relationships while upholding professional ethics.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor their progress and stability, discussing treatment plans, upcoming appointments, and appropriate discharge protocols.
\n
• Develop, implement, and persistently monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and assessments, in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
\n
• Carry out comprehensive intake assessments to understand new clients’ histories and present challenges.
\n
• Engage in weekly individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to optimize client care and support.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPCC at Highland Counseling PC, you will primarily work with a diverse population of clients, including adults, children, and families who present with a myriad of mental health challenges. Utilizing effective therapeutic modalities, you will empower clients to improve their mental health and achieve their personal goals within a supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
\n
• Current and unrestricted LPCC license, enabling independent practice.
\n
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience within a clinical outpatient setting is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated ability to provide direct psychotherapy services, facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Proficiency in conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans based on client assessment.
\n
• Comfort and familiarity with electronic health record systems, including but not limited to Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive annual salary range of $75,000 to $90,000, determined by experience and established competencies. Our compensation structure is designed to support our clinicians through a Fee-for-Service model with guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections. In addition, we provide:
