Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations for new clients to identify their mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Hold regular therapy sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, working within the unique context and circumstances of each client.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is essential for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
