Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized therapy strategies that align with their specific needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for clients, tailoring therapeutic approaches to enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
