Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to accurately assess clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring that therapy is client-centered and goal-oriented.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting to the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure that clients receive holistic and well-rounded care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing our integrated EMR systems.

• Stay current with research and advancements in the mental health field, regularly participating in professional development opportunities such as workshops and training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. We also provide support for clients dealing with substance abuse and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on caseload and experience.
