Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations for new clients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their specific therapeutic needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and administrative staff, to ensure a holistic approach to client care and support.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes, adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice.

• Engage in regular supervision and consultation opportunities, contributing to continuous professional development and enhancing the quality of care provided.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise. Our benefits package includes:
