Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized and evidence-based treatment plans that address individual mental health needs.

• Deliver various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring approaches are tailored to client-specific goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients facing varied mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, determined based on your caseload and experience. Additional benefits include:
