You will work primarily in a remote outpatient setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive client care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop tailored therapy strategies.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic techniques to individuals, groups, families, and couples, following best practices in psychotherapy.

• Utilize various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to treatment, integrating services that support mental health and wellness.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions focused on the latest mental health research and best practice therapies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves diverse populations comprising individuals with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Our counselors are passionate about supporting clients who experience barriers to accessing mental health care, such as socioeconomic difficulties or geographic isolation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a relevant field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado is essential.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical context, is required.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in counseling practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with a diverse client base.

• Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively with a diverse healthcare team.

• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and other related technologies is necessary.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Salaries for this position range between $70,000 and $90,000 annually, based on experience and caseload. In addition, we offer:
