Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations to gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's needs.

• Develop, implement, and periodically review individualized treatment plans that include measurable goals tailored to the client's unique circumstances.

• Provide effective individual, couples, and family therapy using research-backed therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Ensure timely and precise documentation of client interactions and progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health providers, primary care physicians, and community resources, fostering a network of support for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in case reviews, peer consultations, and training sessions to enhance your clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active Tennessee LPC-MHSP license (or eligible to obtain within 90 days of hire).

• A minimum of two years of proven experience providing therapy in outpatient or community mental health settings, demonstrating your proficiency in the field.

• Expertise in developing treatment plans and conducting assessments in line with DSM-5 criteria.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and the corresponding documentation requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 per year, complemented by a robust benefits package.
