Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and treatment needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans with specific, measurable goals tailored to each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy modalities in individual, couples, or family settings, adapting to the unique dynamics of each situation.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards throughout the therapy process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse client base that includes individuals from various backgrounds, ages, and life stages experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and significant life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• An active LPC-MHSP license in the state of Tennessee or license eligibility within 90 days of employment.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapy in outpatient or community mental health settings.

• Demonstrable proficiency in treatment plan development, assessment, and diagnosis in accordance with the DSM-5 criteria.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, including best practices for documentation.

• A strong understanding and commitment to trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in child and adolescent counseling, family therapy, or group therapy modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience.
