Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies for each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual, family, group, and couples' counseling sessions.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address a wide array of mental health issues.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including psychiatrists, social workers, and peers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans using our electronic health record (EHR) system, supported by billing assistance to lighten administrative responsibilities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients encompass a diverse demographic, including individuals and families from various backgrounds, often facing barriers to accessing traditional mental health care. You will work closely with clients experiencing a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, substance use disorders, and relationship challenges. Your role will be pivotal in providing support and guidance as they navigate their recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is essential, with a solid foundation in providing therapeutic services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
