Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients to gather detailed background information and formulate personalized treatment plans that align with their emotional and mental health needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting techniques according to the specific therapeutic goals set during each session.

• Utilize a diverse array of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring each approach is tailored for effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona.
