This full-time position operates in a remote setting, providing flexibility and the opportunity to work from home while still being an integral part of our outpatient office team. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life arrangement. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address various mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of each client’s journey, documenting sessions and tracking progress according to best practices while utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• An active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
