This is a full-time remote position with a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions to assess the mental health needs of pre-screened clients, focusing on creating a safe and empathetic environment.

• Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client, with a focus on measurable outcomes.

• Maintain thorough documentation of each session, tracking client progress, and adjusting treatment protocols as necessary.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure integrated care.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and training sessions to stay current on practices and methodologies in counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily focus on low-acuity clients who may be seeking help for issues such as anxiety, depression, and stress management. We emphasize a respectful and client-centered approach that prioritizes individual needs while fostering a supportive community environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHRs).

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients remotely.
