Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct personalized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, ensuring each client receives tailored interventions suited to their unique needs.

• Perform detailed evaluations and assessments to understand client challenges and curate appropriate treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions as well as group therapy sessions for families and couples, using therapeutic modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create integrated treatment plans aimed at addressing both mental and physical health challenges.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, safeguarding patient confidentiality.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development activities, staying informed about the latest research and practices in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Specialization in particular areas of counseling such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, with additional performance-based bonuses available. Beyond competitive salaries, we offer a SIGN-ON BONUS for new hires.
