The schedule runs Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, creating a structured yet adaptable work environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Road To Therapy, you will engage primarily with adults and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be tasked with understanding the unique dynamics of each client’s background and providing tailored counseling strategies that resonate within their life context. Your expertise will be crucial in empowering clients to navigate their mental health journeys successfully.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active state licensure as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD.
\n
• Proficient in using technology with strong computer skills, including familiarity with EHR management and the Google Suite applications.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing for effective interaction with clients and collaboration with team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
