Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies for clients and conduct thorough assessments to support treatment plans.

• Conduct group, family, couples, and individual therapeutic sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Implement a variety of tailored therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Ser Mejor offers a competitive salary range between $70,000 and $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a generous bonus structure. Additional benefits include flexible work schedules, opportunities for full-time or part-time positions, and the ability to provide both telehealth and in-person therapy.
