Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Strong proficiency in technology, particularly with EHR platforms and Google Suite tools, to enhance documentation and client management.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.

• Previous experience working with diverse populations, particularly in outpatient therapy settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
