Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused strategies for individuals and groups.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families who may have limited access to traditional mental health services. You will address a variety of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, with an emphasis on creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and valued.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
