Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LPC, you will:

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions to pre-screened, low-acuity clients using telehealth platforms to ensure accessible and effective care.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify individual client needs and create tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that promote healing and growth.

• Track client progress meticulously and maintain comprehensive documentation in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and internal standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client care strategies, collaborate on treatment approaches, and receive continual support from fellow counselors.

• Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will center around low-acuity clients seeking assistance with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and life transitions. As an LPC at Travis Mental Health Clinic, you will approach each individual with empathy and a commitment to understanding their unique experiences, fostering a safe environment for healing.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active licensure in the state of Tennessee as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Google Suite and electronic health record systems.
\n
• Outstanding communication capabilities, both in written and verbal formats, allowing for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates with at least two years of experience in providing mental health counseling. Experience with telehealth counseling and an understanding of community health clinic operations will be considered assets. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and practices is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
