Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate the mental health needs and emotional concerns of new clients effectively.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs, preferences, and cultural background, revisiting these plans regularly to gauge their effectiveness.

• Engage in meaningful therapeutic dialogue through talk therapy, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and frameworks, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, to suit clients' specific needs.

• Model and teach adaptive coping strategies, promoting positive self-reflection, and encouraging the establishment of nurturing relationships.

• Provide continuous support and monitor client progress throughout their treatment to ensure adherence to therapeutic recommendations and adjustments as necessary.

• Educate clients about financial and emotional commitments associated with therapy, helping them to set realistic expectations for their journey towards recovery.

Your role will involve working with a variety of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• A valid, active license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Tennessee.

• Demonstrated experience in providing outpatient counseling services, ideally within a community health setting.

• Ability to communicate effectively in more than one local language is preferred and can enhance your client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 90,000 annually, with additional opportunities for a sign-on bonus.
