Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, encouraging participation and connection among young adults, where they can share experiences and learn from peers.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, offering empathetic, tailored counseling that focuses on clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to promote coping strategies and personal growth.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that align with their needs and aspirations.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress using various assessment tools, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with young adults aged 18 to 30 at our outpatient treatment center, focusing on holistic and evidence-based therapeutic programs. Our clients often face intricate mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and other emotional difficulties. As a counselor, your primary goal will be to inspire hope and nurture healing, fostering a supportive environment that facilitates recovery and personal development.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
