Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), you will engage with clients through a variety of modalities, committed to their growth and recovery. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Leading structured and compassionate group sessions designed to promote connection, sharing of experiences, and mutual learning among clients.

• Individual Therapy: Delivering personalized counseling that empowers clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while developing effective coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with young adults aged 18 to 30 who are dealing with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional struggles. Our outpatient treatment center focuses on providing holistic care through integrated services that promote overall well-being. Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
