Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating closely with the Medical Director and Medical Team Administrator to coordinate comprehensive mental health treatment plans both within our clinic and externally.

• Delivering in-service training sessions to medical, psychiatric, and security personnel to enhance their understanding of mental health dynamics and interventions.
\n
• Responding to and defusing mental health crises and emergencies that arise among patients, ensuring prompt and effective care.
\n
• Participating in commitment hearings as required, advocating for patients’ needs and guiding them through legal processes.
\n
• Creating and documenting individualized treatment plans and goals that cater to the specific needs of each patient, ensuring thorough and accurate patient contact documentation.

• Maintaining strict confidentiality of all medical records, complying with ethical standards and legal requirements.
\n
• Verifying patients’ historical mental health information, including any medications they have previously been prescribed.

Compensation and Benefits\n
