Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma history, thereby guiding tailored treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with a strong emphasis on trauma recovery, including techniques that promote resilience and personal growth.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) during therapy sessions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions designed to help clients process trauma experiences, learn new coping strategies, and cultivate emotional healing.

• Engage in close collaboration with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to deliver integrated care for clients, ensuring their needs are met across various dimensions of wellness.

Qualifications\n
