Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' histories and symptoms.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery, ensuring a focus on resilience building.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that empower clients to process their trauma and develop effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated and integrated care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We provide:
