Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ trauma histories and develop personalized treatment strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) during therapy sessions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients in processing trauma, developing coping mechanisms, and fostering progress toward healing.

• Collaborate actively with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.
