Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' trauma backgrounds and identify effective treatment modalities.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery and resilience enhancement, regularly updating them based on patient progress.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, fostering an environment where patients can safely process their trauma and learn valuable coping strategies.

• Engage in close collaboration with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive, integrated care for all clients.

• Offer crisis intervention support for patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies, assisting them in navigating acute stress responses.

• Educate patients and their families on understanding trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available community resources to promote informed recovery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
