Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCPC, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories and informing tailored treatment strategies.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that emphasize trauma recovery and resilience-building based on individual needs.

• Implementing evidence-based interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate effective healing.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions to enable clients to process their trauma experiences and build healthy coping mechanisms.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and allied healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and integrated care for clients.

• Providing crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, enhancing client safety and emotional well-being.

• Educating clients and their loved ones about trauma responses, coping techniques, and available community resources.
