Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, tailoring individualized therapy strategies.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, couples, and families, addressing a range of mental health issues.

• Employ a diverse array of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and seamless service delivery.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, including workshops and training, to enhance your expertise in mental health services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a counseling role, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of the legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n
