Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Blue Pearl, you will hold a varied caseload and engage in meaningful relationships with clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting regular appointments with clients to review their progress and stability, setting goals and discussing discharge plans as appropriate.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans that are centered around the client’s needs and goals.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with organizational and ethical standards.
\n
• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and develop tailored treatment strategies.
\n
• Facilitating individual therapy sessions consistently, in alignment with best practices and established treatment methodologies.
\n
• Participating in individual supervision to continue professional development and ensure high-quality client care.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive treatment for clients.
\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a Master's degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Hold an unrestricted and active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) certification.

• Demonstrate at least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, providing direct psychotherapy services.

• Exhibit comfortability and proficiency in using computers and telehealth technology, including familiarity with RMS systems and documentation software.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, applicants with the following experiences will be favored:

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range between $75,000 and $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
