Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family therapy settings, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
