Our schedule typically operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to assess patients' emotional and psychological health, accurately documenting findings in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with the specific needs and diagnoses of patients, ensuring evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) are utilized.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to address patients' challenges, foster resilience, and build essential coping strategies.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, discussing cases in team meetings to strategize treatment paths.

• Provide crisis intervention support and deploy effective strategies during mental health emergencies to ensure patient safety and comfort.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and document patient interactions in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
