Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, allowing for the development of tailored treatment plans focused on their specific challenges and goals.

• Provide individual therapy sessions through various modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), depending on the unique needs of each client.

• Work collaboratively with clients to set measurable therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting treatment approaches as needed to ensure effective care.

• Offer teletherapy services for clients who prefer virtual meetings, ensuring that all clients have access to the necessary support, regardless of location or personal circumstances.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, adhering to ethical guidelines and ensuring that records are up-to-date and accurately reflect the treatment provided.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to enhance your skills and stay informed about new therapeutic techniques and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working with a diverse population that encompasses various mental health concerns, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Our clients come from different backgrounds, and as a clinician, you will have the opportunity to provide culturally competent care, recognizing and respecting the unique experiences and values of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current professional license in the state of Texas as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills that foster a safe and trustworthy therapeutic environment for clients to explore their mental health challenges.

• Exhibit a genuine sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach toward clients’ experiences, promoting openness in therapy.

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload while performing administrative duties efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working as a licensed therapist in a similar setting, preferably with a focus on teletherapy.

• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management is highly desirable.
