Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific issues.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective therapeutic relationships and rapport-building with clients.

• Cultural competence, demonstrating the ability to engage and work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and promptly.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in community mental health settings, particularly with diverse and underserved populations.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.

• Prior experience with integrated care models and collaborative work with other healthcare professionals.
