Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Soul Sanctuary, your daily responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our clientele often includes individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your empathetic approach and ability to build rapport with clients will be key in helping them achieve their mental health objectives and foster resilience.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication skills that facilitate trust and understanding with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, we value additional background in areas such as trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, or specialized populations.
