Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide care primarily to adult clients facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds and life circumstances, each with unique therapeutic needs. Your role will involve developing a strong therapeutic rapport to foster trust and encourage positive treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid independent license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to maintain an effective caseload.

• No history of disciplinary actions against your license.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of relevant experience as a therapist is required. Familiarity with teletherapy practices and digital documentation systems is highly advantageous, as is experience working with diverse adult populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
