Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments through virtual sessions to evaluate clients' mental health and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling, facilitating sessions via video conferencing platforms.

• Monitor clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes, and help clients cultivate skills in coping, problem-solving, and effective communication.

• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation of client interactions with minimal paperwork burdens.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to enhance clinical skills and ensure adherence to ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of your work will involve stable, low-acuity adults seeking support for a range of mental health issues. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition, you will receive a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team. Benefits include:
