Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments remotely to identify each patient’s unique needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide effective individual, couples, and family counseling.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups using virtual platforms, helping to create a sense of community among clients facing similar challenges.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration by working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support clients during mental health emergencies, using best practices to stabilize and guide them toward further care.

• Educate clients about mental health, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journeys.

• Maintain meticulous, accurate, and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
