Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that address the unique cultural, emotional, and psychological needs of each patient, forming tailored treatment plans that respect their backgrounds.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, that are specifically designed to meet the diverse needs of our clientele.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care strategies, ensuring continuity and quality of care.

• Engage in educational discussions with patients and their families, providing insights on mental health disorders, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
