Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

• A robust understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Demonstrated capability in conducting assessments and formulating therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience as a mental health therapist is required, preference will be given to candidates with additional experience in group therapy facilitation, crisis intervention, and working with marginalized communities. Compensation and Benefits\n
