Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Pillars Family Care Therapy, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments to understand client needs, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals.

• Providing one-on-one therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques tailored to individual client preferences and needs.

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to facilitate effective outcomes.
\n
• Offering teletherapy options to accommodate clients facing geographical or mobility barriers, ensuring that mental health support is accessible to all.

• Upholding the ethical standards of documentation and client confidentiality while maintaining thorough records of therapy sessions and client interactions.

• Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities, including training, workshops, and peer supervision to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as a counselor, you will work with a diverse population of clients experiencing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional disturbances. Our client base includes children, adolescents, and adults, providing an enriching and varied caseload that will further develop your expertise in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A relevant Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that demonstrate empathy and the ability to establish rapport with clients quickly.

• An organized and detail-oriented approach to time management that enables effective client care and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, based on your experience and caseload. Our benefits package includes:
