Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows you to work remotely, providing flexibility in your scheduling without sacrificing the quality of care. Our standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the understanding that adaptability may be needed based on patient requirements. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments aimed at understanding patient needs and establishing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to guide therapy sessions effectively.

• Hold supportive and psychoeducational group sessions to foster community and assist patients in addressing common mental health concerns.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure seamless and holistic patient care across services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
