Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations through initial interviews and assessments, documenting each case meticulously from intake through the courses of therapy.

• Develop evidence-based intervention plans tailored to the individual needs of clients, including those from diverse backgrounds and presenting various mental health conditions.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions that encourage open discussion and the exchange of experiences among participants.

• Continuously monitor and adapt treatment plans based on clients' progress and feedback, ensuring their needs are consistently met through regular check-ins.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to enhance the quality of care provided.

• Actively participate in case consultations, providing insights into treatment efficacy and adjustments necessary for optimal client recovery.

• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines and legal standards in all counseling activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will target a diverse population of adolescents and adults facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A successful completion of the National Counselor Examination (NCE) or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating an ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and compassionately.

• Prior experience working as a mental health counselor, ideally in an outpatient care setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, with the potential for a sign-on bonus as an added incentive.
