This full-time role offers remote flexibility while primarily delivering services within an outpatient office setting in Corpus Christi, Texas. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, utilizing established diagnostic tools to ascertain clients' mental health needs and develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.

• Coordinate care and collaborate with other professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure seamless and holistic mental health support for clients.

• Deliver timely crisis intervention and support services to clients experiencing acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.

• Engage actively in community outreach initiatives to educate local residents about mental health resources and reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
